Cluster develops a great database of sectoral data

Everyday contacts with companies, institutions and representatives of the state administration are credible source for the latest information. In order to give members of the Croatian Wood Cluster prompt information about all the relevant events, every week the latest news related to the wood processing industry, furniture production, forestry, design in Croatia, SEE region, Europe and the world and other relevant information are submitted in electronic form to more than 14,000 sectoral addresses.

This great database of information related to the sector in Croatia and SEE countries is the most significant result of multi-year work that started from the need to inform the members about latest news and events more effectively.

We regularly keep track of sectoral news through newsletters since our Agency coordinates construction of the Competence Centre for Slavonian Oak, and wood processing is an important branch in Eastern Slavonia. We need new information on market trends and the situation in the wood processing sector.
