SUCCESSFUL PREPARATIONS: 8th International Energy Conference in Zagreb on 27th February

Traditional conference on biomass and renewable energy sources (RES) on 27^th February will again host over 200 participants from the wood processing industry, biomass producers, wood and agricultural pellets, technology suppliers, representatives of institutions from Croatia and the EU, cities and municipalities who want to make better use of RES for regional development. The main partners this year are important European associations: European Biomass Association (AEBIOM), World Bioenergy Association (WBA), European Pellet Council (EPC), as well as the North-west Croatia Regional Energy Agency and Green Energy Cooperative. Brussels based professional associations and partner associations and companies from other EU countries (Italy, Germany, Austria, etc.) have also announced their presence. Along with the introduction of the latest technologies, thematic emphasis will be put on EU energy policies, the RED II directive and the market position of biomass and wood fuels.
